Monsoon Hair Academy, opened in January 2007 is one of Addy's dreams fulfilled. Having been successful in the hair fashion industry, Addy has always wanted to set up a hair school to pass on his passion to people with an inclination towards hair and fashion.

Monsoon Hair Academy constantly redefines boundaries on creativity, knowledge and experience. The creative team behind Monsoon Group is always in search of fresh ideas which we impart to our students. Monsoon believes in teamwork and sharing of ideas and constantly creates new styles to meet ever changing needs of customers. Besides basic hair techniques, the Academy is committed to providing a holistic education in hair and fashion. It will also teach hands-on skills such as make-up, image consultancy, fashion shoots and techniques for professional photo shoots and hair shows.

These additional courses aim to value-add a budding hairstylist's knowledge and competency in the hair and fashion industry.

Situated at 13 Mosque Street in Chinatown, a strategic location that is conveniently accessible by buses and MRT, the academy has 4 classrooms with capacities of 30 each and 3 full time lecturers. Our lecturers are not only experienced but also well qualified and competent in training. With a manageable teacher-student ratio of 1:12 the Academy provides a conducive learning environment with optimal teacher-student interactions. In any cases of student's grievances or complaints, the Academy has procedures to undertake and resolve within 21 days.
